ACR i dont consider an option as they allow people to use HUDs when it is a felony to use a HUD where I live. ACR also allows people from all 50 US States, even the 3 that have laws point blank stating it is illegal to play online poker. Meaning they are technically aiding and abetting someone commit a criminal act. Their practices outright scare me.

It's been at least 7 years since I've played full time, and probably 5-6 since I've played any poker, but looking to play some occasional PLO8/NLO8. Do any sites have running games that are available within California? Is there any online poker in California? I haven't paid attention to anything poker related in about 5 years.

California doesnt have online poker u have to go international... my suggestion would be ignition, some would say acr. I have previously stated my reasons.

There are peer to peer apps that omaha or omaha 8 or better for US apps to play on such as pokerrr2 or pppoker, i play omaha every day on there.

what are the options we arent aware of? I wouldnt touch any of the peer to peer apps with a ten foot pole. You have to trust the owner... There is no title 31 compliance, there is no responsible gambling compliance/training. ACR ive said why i wouldnt touch them. Ignition at least tries to abide by the law. (and im not allowed to play on ignition because of where i live so i am in no way pimping their site)

What's wrong with pokerrr app or pppoker? I trust pokerrr more than I do pppoker but I have cashed out thousands and thousands from pokerrr no problem. It's on a daily basis. The club owners that I'm in are all trustworthy guys and ensure 100% of payments even if people owe don't pay

W the agent sites you have to trust your agent and that he will cover your balance even if the site folds. The site w the fewest complaints of all the agent sites, as far as I can tell, is a site called Kingsclubpkr.com. They have NLHE and PLO, but most of the traffic is in other games and they offer more variants than any site in the world and cater mostly to US players.

Why aren’t they discussed as frequently as some of the more well-known agent sites? I’m not sure. Could it be that the games are too tough and there’s nobody making money? Maybe.

If you’re familiar w BTC, then swcpoker.eu spreads all the various o8 games. They don’t have as much traffic as kingsclub, but the rake is lowest in the world and they haven’t missed a payout ever. My agent on Kingsclub also hasn’t missed a payout ever. While I don’t play poker on ACR or Ignition, their history of payouts doesn’t seem to be an issue at all. Given your concerns, Ignition or swcpoker.eu sound like they might be your best options.

I live in a state where HUD use is a felony. I play on a US Regulated site. If a site caters to US customers I want it to be following US laws. That would mean filing CTR's for withdrawals/deposits larger than 10k, responsible gaming laws, title 31 etc. I dont think any of those apps do. I won't touch ACR, for the fact they have no issue aiding and abetting their customers in committing a crime (washington it is illegal to play online poker), plus they allow people to use a HUD, but if I do, Im committing a felony, but most of my opponents are not. (I have no issues with huds as long as all users have = access to them). I had people approach me on my stream (streaming plo8) and ask me to join pppoker, they see me playing plo8 then tell me they dont have plo8 on pppoker. uhhh plo8 is my main game.

When you have customers from different areas of the world, you have to apply their laws to their respective location. That is why poker stars has multiple sites.

As a cash player, I would need to have significant bankroll on a site, and if I cant trust 100% that my money is secure, it would tie up a significant portion of money if it got held up.

If you call that conservative, so be it.

WPN(ACR/BCP/etc) and Bovada/Ignition are currently the big two networks available, SwC is a smaller but notable site for O8 and Big O since they hold player balances in btc and they're easy-in, easy-out.

Out of the big two, WPN has better promos/rb/etc while Bovada has very little in the way of rewards but a bit softer games overall and a rather large group of low/mid-stake o8 players to play against.

Bet Online has action as well

I used to play occasionally on bet online, WPN, party poker, and Betfair. Bet online has the softest games and run somewhat frequently, I would be careful with keeping to much money on any small site for obvious reasons
