With the nut low draw + 6 high straight + BDNFD + Jack high BDFD, considering the size of the pot, it just seemed a pretty straightforward call to me. I spoke about it with a friens who plays more NLO8 than me, and he said he'd tend to try & avoid the call there in that situation and that alhough the call isn’t the end of the world & plenty of outs majority of times 1 of the others will have A2 minimum with a raise + shove & we’re only playing for the other 50%.

I think getin pre wins a lot of chips on average, but if you want to avoid "gambling", nothing wrong with flatting obv. Flop is very close and I think I'd rather fold, but I'm a nit though. Of course, if I knew SB shows up with a nonsensical hand sometimes (like he does here) just get them chips in.

I don't like 3 betting a lot preflop in nl/pl but i like the 3 bet pre here. It's a nice squeeze spot. button should be stealing with high frequency and sb can't really have AA, plus you have a really nice hand.

As played on the flop it's a fold. Calling off your stack with nut low draw and no high will cost you a lot of money in the long run. NL/PL is about having made high hands and/or strong high potential to go with your low draw, unlike in limit where you can profitably go for half the pot. So if you don't have a high in nl/pl you will get in big trouble even if you make your low.
