My VPIP in 6-handed is roughly half of that in a lower rake environment (higher stakes). You go to showdown a bit too much and don't win a lot in the showdown due to way too weak range. Aggression factor over 3 is too high. So your stats look like you play way too loose on every street. Actually -2bb/100 is very good considering that, but obviously it's a very small sample and not ev-corrected.

+1
Think would classify the OP stats as fish.
Would encourage OP to get a coach and/or sign up for training sites with info on PLO8.
Nor certain who does coaching, JLama / Jdalla might.
Could PM DonJuan. Was offering me coaching on Solvers for LHE but think can be applied to O8. Think DonJuan uses PIO Solver which I don't think has anything for O8. Think DonJuan may have solvers for PIO, Monker, and new ones.
Guessing Bicyclekick may offer coaching too who I think uses both Monker & PIO.
thx for ur helpfull replies. U guys think i can defend the big blind with two wheel cards against a minraise or should i fold that too? I usually defend the big blind against raises pretty light cause the equties are often very close.
Is there a lot of bluffing or semibluffs when checked to in position?
Do u recommend trying checkraises when out position with a strong made hand or stong draw?

Against min-raise I defend wide, but the issue is that you will never realize your full equity in those spots. Hot'n'cold equity is not the most relevant thing when you will be forced to fold earlier or build a big pot with a very marginal holding.

In HU pots, yes.

Depends. I think these questions are not so much hi/lo questions, but poker questions. Learn poker if you want to improve.
