Its just a theory. I was staring down at A5J8 suited in middle position playing LO8 (of course) and a guy just sat down right to my left and I was so tempted. I mean, come on, its suited, he cant have that good a hand. I dunno.. those cards sure are pretty lookin'... I would indulge in the notion that they are quite possibly the prettiest cards on the Interwebs. Discuss.

Not sure if this is a joke or not, but PokerStars usually has bigger average pots compared to FTP at similar limits. I know their FR is 10 handed but maybe the cards are prettier there...

Yeah just to clarify - not four colour. Also if you buy the "premium" full tilt deck in the shop they are really nice too, the red on the hearts is soooooo deep and dark its "lush", as we say over here in England's green and pleasant land...fill.

Also yeah its a bit of lighthearted fun but it is related to the game and it is a "poker theory" lol so it qualifies as a post! I thought you liked my A34/A2 poll so I thought i'd do another one.

Btw cant really disagree with you about the pot sizes etc but the games are def tighter there except in the evenings(gmt) whereas full tilt tends to be looser all day. To put it another way.. the amount of times I've sat down on Full Tilt I've had to play my "loose table dynamic style" is somewhat greater than I've had to on Stars, where i mostly play my "tight table dynamic style".

I dont know if it's the pretty cards, but NO ONE can fold a fn hand on FTP. The only time i ever have seen the blinds fold to a preflop raise, or even before the turn is at the 30/60 or higher. You know, chasing 4th low draw, but needing a 2 outer to catch it.

I dont see what these folks are chasing, but they sure seem to be staring pretty hard at whatever it is.
