If not, I see you're getting >4 to 1 for the main pot and 2 to 1 for the side pot.

Most likely one guy has a straight and the other dude has a nut flush draw for the side pot, which makes it a breakeven call, or better if both have a straight and neither have a flush draw.

But for the main pot you have better equity vs the likely hands of your 3 opponents than the price you are being laid, which makes up for the main pot only being break even for you. It makes it profitable.
