Ah, I misread the action so that villain goes allin for third pot on the turn.
Okay, that changes a bit. I don't think as played you can fold the turn anyway (and I'd getin rather than call I guess). But yes, calling the flop is better than shipping it. You can probably fold to a K or 4, maybe Q.
