Yes luck definitely helps in MTTs. At the FT of the $16.50 2*turbo today I ground it out until the last 5 then picked up an A with at least one suit, a 2 or a big pair, like 13 out of 17 hands or something. Most of them held and I won.

Difference is in an MTT you usually have to play well to give yourself the chance to win, whereas playing good and winning seem mutually exclusive at times in hypers.

It includes around 4900 hypers where I ran about 2.7k over EV so I was lucky to get back a lot of the -EV from earlier in the year and the rest of the games were 18 mans where I probably ran about even.

Fear of a player in this format is just stupid. All that is to be feared is the luckbox factor.

In 4900 hypers you ran 2.7K over EV? Having had the misfortune to watch many of those games, I would well believe it. I ****ing hate that people here congratulate you and think you are the **** over these results when up close and personal, man you sucked as badly as anyone in the game. How the **** do you get 2.7K + EV in such a short time? By getting it in behind way more often than is sensible, that's how.

I really wish pokerstars wouldn't continue to reward shove-tards who play EVERY SINGLE HAND from position. As you said here before juicy, "most good reg hyper players don't really care if they are in ahead of not". Well thank **** you told me that otherwise I would just be left thinking you were a pack of talentless luckbox fish. As for the 18-man games, wow, you were so + EV in those games in such a short period it made my head spin. I couldn't ****ing believe anyone would do what angryjuice did to me at the start of the year but yep, here we are, juicy_j indiscriminately plays all hands from position, busts my top 1% hand, posts graphs boasting about his performance. Holy **** man your game is entirely unique and unrepeatable by anyone living outside the ****ing Soviet Union! (NB AJ > JJ)

Btw it is entirely possible to post results like juicy did while running $x millions below EV, it just requires, ya know, a brain and some actual poker, as opposed to, "weeeeeeeeeee, I have 4 cards, nobody is all-in yet, GONNA BE MEEEEEEEE".

Get back to us with a graph that shows you are still profitable even when running - EV, then I will give you the praise that you clearly feel you deserve instead of calling you a ruskie ****wit LOLtard
