This came up and I wasn't sure the best line. The villain was terribad. Played awful hands pre, drew to 3rd nut low with no high options in multiway pots, played naked jack high flush draws to the river, 3bet A4JK pre... Basicslly the dream opponent, other than he was one my right. Stack sizes are 50.00
Hero SB Ac Ad 4d 6h raises 1.50
Villain calls
Pot 3.00
Flop 5d 6d jh
Hero bets pot
Villain jams pot
Hero???
Assuming hero has ZERO fold equity which i assume to be the case here is this just a call, check call, and river dependant action? Ive never seen him do this with nut low draws, so his range is pretty much only sets with some low wrap draws. Do I have enough equity to just repot and shove my remaining 10 bucks on the river regardless of turn?
You are not getting it in for fold equity, your hand is simply strong enough. If you were IP, I'd understand flatting but OOP you are simply allowing him to check back some turns if he wants to OR revealing on the turn what cards are good for you.
