Hand looks to be late on a tournament or SNG, so there should be some ICM and bouble considerations to decide how to play this bare AA, if this is the case I might fold it UTG as the mid stack, but a raise and commit is not terrible most of the time.

On a cash game this is an obvious raise and smash every street
