I think this hand is a call. (And this is a top-top hand 
). In Holdem speaking about ICM you should call with QQ+ in this spot. And AAK3ss is like AA in holdem. Also AAK > any AA* for high. The only hand you are behind is like very rear blocked AA2* (like 47% vs 53%), still you'll be scooped only in 15% when opp really have it.
Considering ICM you should be much-much tighter than in cash, but not with zero call. Winning this hand would increase your chances for top 3 dramatically. And prize for 7th is only 2,2*buy-in.
