[Micro, NLO8, MTT] Good Aces, later stages, facing flopshove [Micro, NLO8, MTT] Good Aces, later stages, facing flopshove

Situation: I'm 13/16 in chips.
The SB is a lose player, that does a lot of (good) moves after the flop. He however, calls too light. I can only assume, he thinks the others play like him, which they don't.
The BB is a reg, who plays a TAG style game, but overvalues certain draws. (Chasing the naked NLD for example). He's not going to bluff, but will happily put a lot of money in with for example the naked NFD.

Poker Stars, $2 Buy-in (600/1,200 blinds, 150 ante) No Limit Omaha H/L Tournament, 5 Players

    BTN: 35,294 (29.4 bb)
    SB: 23,727 (19.8 bb)
    BB: 51,638 (43 bb)
    MP: 42,690 (35.6 bb)
    Hero (CO): 23,144 (19.3 bb)

    Preflop: Hero is CO with A 2 K A
MP folds, Hero raises to 3,000, BTN folds, SB calls 2,400, BB calls 1,800
I'm on 23 BB, so this should probably be shoved pre. However, my image should be tight/nitty so that I'm unlikely to get called. In that case, I don't know when I'm going to see a hand this strong again. I want action, I just raise.

    Flop: (9,750) 9 8 7 (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 3,413, SB raises to 6,826, BB raises to 48,488 and is all-in, Hero folds, SB calls 13,751 and is all-in
This is a pretty scary flop for my hand, but I think, a cbet is in order and decide to make it small, because I think, a small does the same a big one and might induce some action from the SB with some sort of straightdraw here.
When the BB decides to shove, I take my time and fold, even though I'm fairly certain his range is weighted towards flushdraws here. Is this a standardfold, given the action? Or do I have to close my eyes and call? I really don't know.

    Turn: (54,317) 9 (2 players, 2 are all-in)
    River: (54,317) T (2 players, 2 are all-in)

    Spoiler:
    Results: 54,317 pot
    Final Board: 9 8 7 9 T
    SB showed 6 7 4 5 and lost (-23,727 net)
    BB showed 5 A 4 K and won 54,317 (30,590 net)
    Hero mucked A 2 K A and lost (-6,563 net)
