Live 5/5 Big O vs Villain on Ultra Tilt Live 5/5 Big O vs Villain on Ultra Tilt

This is an area in my game I have always struggled mightily with. The situation is that I’m deep stacked against an either bad or tilting villain with a trouble hand and V takes an out of the ordinary line. Here, V is on tilt after losing two very large pots. He is raising every hand no matter how many players are in and calling any 3!

V has a little over 1500 and we cover.

4 callers to V and he raises to 35. We raise to 135 with As3sKcKh7c. Only V calls.

Flop - 445r with one spade. V checks we check.
Turn - 5s. V checks and we bet $240. V doesn’t take a lot of time and check raises to $940.

I’m torn here because on one hand when a live player check raises to 900 it’s always a boat. On the other hand players in my pool rarely check a strong hand and I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone double check. I’m also skeptical given how tilted he is but I have no evidence that he’s capable of bluffing here. Our low is almost certainly good even if he has the full house so I’m tempted to call. But high spades are going to be difficult when he inevitably jams. Thoughts?

You are getting a pretty great price if villain can xr wide here, if it is strictly a24, a25, boats+ you can ditch it.

I see no reason to get your stack in here with the 2nd nut low draw and a naked pair of kings. You can find better spots. Villain didn't necessarily have to slow play the flop. He could have turned trips with an A25xx hand and given you some rope to hang yourself with a delayed C Bet.

Where are you playing live 5-5 Big O, by the way? I'm in Vegas and our most common action is FLO 8.
