We're a dog to a solid CO opening range, so we need some postflop edge or overlay from folded blinds to make this attractive:
Hand | Pot equity | Scoops | Wins Hi | Ties Hi | Wins Lo | Ties Lo |
---|
Kh3c2dQd | 43.33% | 168,420 | 250,087 | 5,635 | 124,670 | 13,168 |
25% | 56.67% | 245,056 | 344,278 | 5,635 | 179,606 | 13,168 |
The likelihood of SB jumping in makes this one a lot more showdown-bound, and tips it to a fold for me. While, in those scenarios we're probably gaining some equity from SB's wide range, we're still a dog even to their range and we're going to be needing to showdown non-nut values and read hands well to actualize it, which is difficult.
Hand | Pot equity | Scoops | Wins Hi | Ties Hi | Wins Lo | Ties Lo |

Kh3c2dQd | 30.61% | 108,003 | 170,920 | 8,694 | 89,339 | 20,864 |
25% | 37.10% | 124,826 | 210,616 | 13,533 | 126,073 | 28,283 |
45% | 32.29% | 104,681 | 200,216 | 14,601 | 84,974 | 30,131 |
I do think we need some no-ace hands in our 3betting range vs CO, but the 23JJds type hands tend to fare better in these situations:
Hand | Pot equity | Scoops | Wins Hi | Ties Hi | Wins Lo | Ties Lo |
---|
2h3dJhJd | 50.23% | 206,761 | 310,817 | 3,496 | 126,404 | 13,207 |
25% | 49.77% | 202,183 | 285,687 | 3,496 | 176,991 | 13,207 |
Hand | Pot equity | Scoops | Wins Hi | Ties Hi | Wins Lo | Ties Lo |

2h3dJhJd | 35.51% | 133,553 | 215,382 | 4,347 | 90,634 | 21,097 |
25% | 34.64% | 113,821 | 191,944 | 9,773 | 125,806 | 27,963 |
45% | 29.85% | 95,900 | 180,684 | 10,017 | 85,119 | 29,668 |
