playing 5/5 with a $10 rock to the winner of the previous hand.

we are playing 9 handed, so the button sits out.

villain 1 (sb) - $3000 - good pro. very tight, borderline nitty.
villain 2 (utg) - $2000 - rich older guy. loose, passive.
villain 3 (hj) - $1500 - retired doctor. loose, passive. big fish.
hero (co) - $2500 - stuck, but not terribly. got nearly stacked the first hand after i sat down when my AA35x was cracked by garbage from a maniac. all in pre.

just to reiterate, i am technically the cut off, but the button is sitting out. the action starts on me as villain 3 has the rock.

we have A258T

preflop:

hero limps, v1 makes it $50, v2 calls, v3 calls. we call.

flop: $200 - 4 players

J53
v1 checks, v2 $75, v3 calls. we call, v1 calls.

turn: $500 - 4 players

7
v1 pots it. v2 calls, v3 calls... hero?

we have made nut low, nut gut shot, gut shot to the wheel and 8 hi hearts. can't see how i'm not getting 1/4'd or worse here but getting 4:1.

I'd just shove it, but you probably understand their ranges better.

Based on your description, I'd say that Villain 1 has A2+, meaning, A24 or A246 or A2 with a set or the nut flush draw.

I don't think a wheel helps you as a 4 puts four to a higher straight on board. And I don't think a heart helps you either; I'd guess you're up against at least one higher flush draw, maybe two.

So your only outs for high are the three non-heart 9's. But there are probably also two or three cards that could counterfeit your low (assuming you're up against one player with A2 and another with A2 or A4).

In the moment, I'd probably make a crying call, hoping that I'm only getting quartered. But upon reflection, I think a fold is the better choice. You're putting in $500 on the turn to win an additional $125 at best. And I would expect one of your opponents to bet pot on most rivers, in which case one of your opponents might fold—in which case you'll definitely lose money when you're quartered.
