Good tight UTG limps, fishy BUTTON limps along. LAGish SB completes. I flat on BB with JJ76T.

Flop 842

Checked to BUTTON who bets, we all call. Very possible BUTTON has nut low.

turn 9

BUTTON bets again, SB and I call.

river 8

BUTTON bets, SB calls, I?

Why are you calling on the flop? The pot is small, and you are chasing for only half of it.

Yes, you pick up more outs/equity on the turn, but you're still chasing for half the pot, which is the surest way to lose money (in the long run) in a split-pot game.

I suppose if you make it to the river, you should call the river, but I would expect someone to have a better high most of the time.

You say you flat in the bb but did someone raise? Small blind completes typically means they just call unless I'm crazy. If you did call a raise with that hand, next time don't. I would only limp that hand on the button or sb and basically fold all other spots or to a raise.

On the flop you have 6 outs to the nut high but surely just for half and still vulnerable to better draws. I'd fold.

Once you're at the turn then yeah call with your wrap.

River - you missed and it's very easy for one of them to have a random 8, boat, or overpair. Calling is just a prayer that they both have A3 with nothing else. I dunno depends how loose they are but expect to lose often.

I don't play Big O, but even without any background in the game, this seems like a very easy fold on the flop and the river.

Flop is when you really wanna get outta here as everyone said. Turn is weird, you can debatably find a fold there as well since you're drawing to half the pot, effectively getting 3 to 1, on what, 10 mostly clean outs that might still get you quartered? And since it's big O, the chances an A or 3 is giving you an unexpected low winner is next to nothing. I think you should definitely fold flop, maybe fold turn, definitely call river. A paired board is the best you can hope for on the river other than one of your straight outs, and closing out the action for one bet, it's an easy call. I think your Jacks up only have to be good for half the pot 1 in 4.5 times to breakeven.
