Facing a 4bet from the big blind with A238 (with the Ace suited)

Check this hand guys:

UTG (Hero): $1.70 in chips
HJ: $2.52 in chips
CO: $1.34 in chips
BTN: $2 in chips
SB: $2.77 in chips
BB: $1.53$ in chips

*** HOLE CARDS ***

Dealt to Hero: A 2 3 8

UTG (Hero): raises to $0.07, fold, fold, fold, SB re-raises to $0.18, BB 4bets to 0.61$, Hero ???

Big blind is a fish, with the SB I played few hands with him so I don't have many information.

can't imagine folding AWWL with nut suits to a fish in a spot like this.

that said, fish can mean anything.

Re: Facing a 4bet from the big blind with A238 (with the Ace suited)

I initially thought sb was the fish, making this an easier fold but we still don't really want to be putting in a 1/3 of our stack with very poor high potential.

Hero is torching money vs other a2xx.

To elaborate: it we know sb will call 100% and never raise, calling is okish from an equity standpoint - hero will have about 32% and sb will be favored. But the implied odds and playability advantages are minimal, hero decisions are mostly straightforward and we often pay off better axxx when dominated.

When sb jams we are losing money.

Not to mention if sb folds (which should be never), we can also face some akward decisions with our hand that we don't have vs straightforward players. Such as do we stack off on a 555 flop expecting our a high is sometimes good or live enough.

Flat. If gets rejammed, just put it in.

I don't want to rip it here as I have no fold equity and half the flops we can't continue with.

easy fold, ur high is way too weak, ur not strong vs top 6 or 7% hands.
