More importantly, however, is that you wanna be careful getting alot of money in preflop with any hand that has an 8 (or 7/9) in it as it makes your hand much less valuable than if you have a wheel or broadway card in stead.
I agree...but the players don't know how to play PLO8 at all. For example, players will stack off with a king high flush draw when a wheel flops, or call a pot sized bet with a set when three low cards flop....i have yet to see a player fold ANY full house, and often they will call a good bet with a flush on a paired board (or even worse, call to hit a flush on a paired board!)
In this hand, my reads were dead on...SB had j10, BB had A2, and MP had A34 with two clubs.
Of course, two running diamonds come, with the Ace on the river (counterfeiting the BB...another concept people don't understand!).
