Capping pre flop in O8 and limit Big O?

Was playing a 15/30 limit big o game the other day and decided to raise a few times and I ended up capping it. We went 5 handed to flop, lol. Then I literally loled when the flop came TxTd5d.
I had AKJ23 suited to the ace, hearts. This is a bit wide to do this, I believe.
So, what can we cap with pre in these games?
Should we ever be the aggressor capping it pre???

Your question is weird but I think from what I can parse yes easy cap pre with that hand and sorry you didn't flop well. Don't bet just because you capped
