Loose UTG+1 limps. I call at CO with A4KQ7. Button calls and SB completes.

Flop: AK8

UTG+1 bet/3bet, I raise/cap. Button and SB take a rough ride along.

Turn: 6

UTG+1 leads, I raise and they all call.

River: 8

UTG+1 donks, I call, Button raises, and SB calls slowly. UTG+1 calls.

Is it an easy call for me for a high half of the pot of almost 13bb?

If you ask me, there's a letter missing from BI GO.

(OK, bad joke, I'm (not) sorry )

It's not an easy call; it's a crying call. You're most likely beat. Yes, you block some full house combos with the AK in your hand, but UTG+1 could have a full house, and the button very likely does have a full house. Then again, the pot is enormous. You only have to be right about 8% of the time to break even. So yes, you call, but you expect to be beat most of the time.
