5/5 8 handed

HJ(455) open to 20
he's playing litterraly 100% of hands, limping a ton, raising 25 to 30%. He's overplaying and fastplaying his hands.

I (800) call in in sb with 2c3s4c4s5s
BB (500) (very loose) calls

Flop: 3c6dTs
I check, bb check, HJ bets 50, I call, bb folds

Turn: 4d
I check, HJ bets 150, I call

River 7s
I check, HJ jam for 235, I call

It seems obvious to me that HJ has A2. I don't think he's jaming river with a naked A2 but I can't be sure, I don't really know him. He might have A25 or A457 which I'm splitting against, I'm getting quattered by A253, A254, A256, A257 and getting scooped by A258, A289.

The bet river is only half pot.

I never have A2 + straight because I would have jamed myself but I don't know if he's aware of that.

1) Should I fold preflop?
2) what about the others streets?
3) should I fold if a diamond hits the river?

HJ opens earlier KQJ98ds in early position so his range to open is really wide in HJ.
But my hand does'nt play well HU and OOP.

I end up getting scooped by Ac2d9h8sTh.

My conclusion is fold preflop and wait for dominating hands to play the whale in a big pot.

really hard to make great decisions from SB with this hand unless you flop gin. and otherwise you get into spots exactly like this. i'd fold pre.

prob c/f'ing flop for his sizing. sure, maybe villain opens KQJ98ds, but is he c-betting 100% here? i would doubt it. then you have BB to consider, and if you call then he decides he's going with this flop how do you feel about it?

No, he's definitely not cbetting 100%. You're right, I should fold preflop.

Postflop, it's close between calling and folding on every street imo

Fold pre
Fold flop
Call turn
Call river

Why is it obvious he has A2?

Fold pre, fold flop, with these stacks getin turn. I don't understand either why he'd have A2.

When he bets nearly pot on turn, I think he has 75 or A2 and there's more A2 in his raising range preflop but I might be wrong.

you have a capped range so he can more confidently bet A2, A5 combos (inc A45), 57 OTT.

Meh I think vs the player described you should call pre and call flop, check jam turn. A lot of times I have seen someone described as maniacal and I think they are just slightly LAG and playing tough. Could your read be wrong? if your read is right this is just a cold deck and who cares, reload to cover him.
