Best Current Learning Source for Big O

Hello,
Apologies if this isn't worthy of a new post, but the thread on Greg Vail's book seemed to have devolved into name calling and searching the forum didn't get me a clear answer.
I'm an Omaha player who has started dabbling in Big O as several of the apps I'm in are spreading it more and more often.
Is Greg Vail's book still a good source on learning Big O strategy even if not coming from a hold'em background?
I've also looked at CLP though Bart Hanson's videos seemed to be more focused on PLO8 and not Big O.
Are there any other learning sources out there people would recommend?

If you want to really understand the game, do yourself a favor and get his books, subscribe to his video library and thank him later.
