Hi Guys,
I had 2 loosing sessions in a row (which is quite unusual). I now got lots of doubt despite I know variance crushed me a lot... That said, should I assume this is due to bad luck only or review some leaks ?

I'm playing LO8 in a loose passive place. 50% of players will open 100% hands + 1 or 2 good regs . This is a 4-8 half kill limit game.

Here is a hand that arrived few times during the last sessions:

Hero UTG
A27Jr: Hero limp. 6 limpers including the 2 blinds.
Flop 58Qr: Check / Check / H: bet 4$ / 5 limpers
Turn: 9: Check / Check / H: check / V: bet + 4 limpers / Hero: call
R: let's don't be result oriented

1) Should I raise PF ? I usually don't . I want to have as many players in the hand as possible. Should I raise Button or in the Blinds (I usually don't as this is a crappy A2. I would do it with a 3, K or another A)?
2) Would you bet or check call on flop ? I am trying to build a bigger pot when people are not folding despite a crappy and vulnerable low. I'm only drawing to a half pot. I also loves the fact that people won't know later if I'm playing the lo or high and generally got more people to pay my nut lo. That might be a real leak here.
3) are you ok with check call ? (Would you bet with A23 ?)

Thanks !

A2J7 No Suit is one an awful hand to limp in a multiway Pot

Personally, in multiways Pots i rather limp / Raise / Call with hands that have good pre flop equity against several hands, especially in Fixed Limit, hands like A23X, 2345, A2SuitedXX, etc, hands that have SCOOP potential , think what kind of flop has to come out so you have SCOOP% equity with hands like A2J7, without SUITS, very few, J73 Rainbow, and you would not have anybody's action
I would Fold It even if 7 players Limp and I have odds

Um, look at the action on Q85r flop.... would never fold pre here. Limp pre is probably best. Betting flop is maybe ok but I would just check/call.

Limping seems a bit too loose. We will probably get in trouble later with that hand, having to call to maybe win half the pot if not a quarter. Careful to compounded mistakes! Especially with so many callers, we will get odds to do bad calls later on.
I think the best is just to fold it, especially since we are not in position.

No idea how you could fold any A2 in a game like this.

There are definitely LO8 games where folding junky A2 hands OOP preflop is likely correct. Factors to consider:

1) Lots of aggression and raising preflop leading to:
2) Often heads-up or 3-way to the flop, and:
3) Aggressive play on the flop and beyond.

This does not appear to be one of those games.

In massively multi-way pots, limping bad A2 hands to try and win half the pot is ok.

I think the flop bet in this hand is a mistake without at least some backdoor scoop potential or better protection against being counterfeited. It might be okay OTB where a bet will sometimes win you a free look at the river when you brick the turn.

I also dislike the flop bet.

Why are we even worried about getting quartered in a 7 way pot? Seriously, that is the objection to playing this hand? That you might possibly get quartered? Some of you guys act like we're playing PO8 heads up out of position against a pot raise from the biggest nit in the world. Or, to put it more mildly, you act like the conditions SuitedBaby mentioned.

p.s. No flop bet. What the heck does "5 limpers" mean? Never heard that one before, assuming we're talking about callers.
