There is no side pot to steal yet, but the advantages are
1- the UTG might fold giving you a better chance of half or scoop against sb
2- bigger pot if you get nice card on river comes like a red Q
of course you might get stacked
it would be nice to see what your equity was at turn against the other 2 once cards known.
