You need to say what the blinds are, otherwise it's hard to understand. Or even better, use bb so the actual $ amount is irrelevant. So I gather you are 170bb deep and you 3bet to ~12bb, cool.
I would not 3-bet this hand against anyone IP at this depth, it's just a mediocre hand and 3-betting is asking for trouble. You are turning a decent calling hand into a bluff and probably need to fold to a 4-bet.
If you have trouble understanding what to do in such turn spots, think of where you are in your range. Here you are at the very bottom, so it's an easy fold. You have a thousand better hands to continue with.
