We started playing NL O8 at the home game, and most players aren't very good. I've done ok, but I mostly play tight by the play set out in Super System II. Almost all of the hands have paid out to the high only, no one really plays for a low and most big raises have come from a set or two pair, not a draw.

UTG has about $50
UTG +1 has about $65
I'm in the SB and have about $100

Seven players in the game and all limp in for $.50

I'm dealt 2 4 5 9

I complete to $.50.

BB checks.

Pot is $3.50

Board comes: A 3 Q

I'm liking the flop and lead out for $3.

BB folds.

UTG raises to $15

UTG+1 pushes all-in for $65. Everyone folds to me.

I'm loving the flop, but not sure I'm ready to put in $62 more dollars. I really have no doubt that UTG is sticking his chips in too. Please help a newbie with the analysis. Do I worry about being quartered here? Am I looking at a couple of sets and I'm freerolling for half?

If you are truly looking at 2 sets with no realistic low possibilities, you should seriously consider calling. You are not freerolling - the board could brick and you get nothing. But you have a dynamite draw for low and a 2, 4, or 5 and you could hog it all. Here's an example of what you might be facing if you really believe both opponents have sets:

http://twodimes.net/h/?z=4753190
pokenum -o8 2c 4h 5s 9d - qc qh 9c th - ah as 7d 8c -- ac 3h qs
Omaha Hi/Low 8-or-better: 666 enumerated boards containing Qs Ac 3h
cards scoop HIwin HIlos HItie LOwin LOlos LOtie EV
5s 2c 9d 4h 220 220 446 0 513 0 0 0.550
Qc 9c Qh Th 36 109 557 0 0 0 0 0.109
As 8c 7d Ah 117 337 329 0 0 390 0 0.341

Obviously the situation won't always be this good, sometimes your opponents will hold similar low draws. If this hand were online instead I'd muck this pretty fast. I certainly wouldn't fault you for folding here. But if you know the betting habits of the players in your game, feel strongly they would not put all that money in on a draw, and can handle the variance then I would call in an instant.

Easy call I think. Thing is, even if someone else has 24xx, the fact that you have counterfeit protection along with your straight wrap means that your equity is pretty good. For example, if we give one opponent A24Q and another one QQJJ (which at first looks rather grim for you), your equity is still 36% three-handed (maybe a little less if someone else has a backdoor flush). You pretty much need to have either both opponents with 24xx, or else one of them with a near-mirror of your hand (245x) in order for your equity to be significantly less than 33%. And I think that unless your opponents are fairly good at O8 that you will be up against two high hands here a lot of the time.
