It's regularly seen in Las Vegas mix games.

The 9-18 mix game which runs almost daily at Encore usually has it. I've played it in 20-40 and 40-80 mixed games at the Bellagio.

I expect it's also in smaller mix games (4-8) off-Strip.

Haven’t been in Vegas for four or five years but the last time I was I played it at the Rio. But my friends played it as high as 200/400 at Bellagio. And you can play it online and have a lot of hands logged there.

I’m the author btw and I hope you iron out your feelings and discover that you feel positive about it as there are five more to go. Didn’t think there was enough material for six but I love buying a nice bottle of scotch and writing and it kept flowing. Both the booze and the words!

Right now these double flop games are gold mines and I'm not in any hurry to see a bunch of information disseminated about them.

But I wouldn’t worry about a few extra clowns running around with information. Most won’t even seek it. It benefits us most of all.

From my perspective I enjoy doing it and if you really want to roll up the sleeves and get an extreme education on any topic try writing about it and/or teaching it.

It's played a lot in Portland in the bomb pots. NL and hi only. Most games will have it once or twice an orbit.
