My apologies if I might be posting this in the wrong area, but I am a newbie here..

I often play tournaments on the Carbon Poker site. In the past, if I had some questions or issues, I would email the support department, and I generally got a rather prompt response that gave me some very satisfactory answers. Over the past two or three months, however, I have emailed the support department at least several times, but I have not gotten even a single reply. Has anyone else had problems with that?

In any case, as email doesn't seem to work for me anymore, I am trying to find a phone number that I can call instead. I have looked around on the Carbon Poker site, but I can't seem to find anything there. I have also done some online Google searches, but I haven't been able to find a phone number that way, either. If someone on this site knows of a working phone number for Carbon Poker--or perhaps even Merge, which as I understand it is their parent company--I would appreciate it if you would let me know.

I have their site on my computer - but haven't played there in a very long time. When I've looked for site's phone numbers, I have occasionally found them somewhere in the site's Cashier info.

I looked at this area at Carbon & started the deposit function - but no phone number. I hope seeing a reply didn't get your hopes up, I just wanted to let u know that I don't think there is phone number either.

Back when there used to be a lot more sites for Americans to play at - that was a big plus for a site - if they had a phone #. It is so much easier than sending E-mails back & forth which can be so time consuming.

It is too bad that when playing online poker that the sites hold all the cards, so to speak.
