Hello,
I have already read the Theory of Poker, No limit holdem theory and practice and I'm already halfway through Poker tournaments for Advanced players, which I'll finish.
I'm playing online and I'd love to read a book with math tools for MTT's. By math tools I mean things like the S-C rankings for shoving, ICM, range vs range, etc.
Also I'd love to improve my preflop strategy, tournament oriented of course. Is there any book covering all these areas with math demonstrations? like hand vs range, or range vs range, when to 3bet, and so.. not sure what I'm talking about though... I'd love it if the big majority of mi decisions where math dependant.
which book do you thing would be nice to read next in this case?
thanks a lot

I'd also love to improve my game in certain situations like blind play, 3bet situtations, when and how to do that, 4bet+, resteals, etc... I play the blinds horribly
Do you think Dynamic full ring poker will help me out improve my MTT skills despite it is a cash book?
For the math tools I guess I'll go with "the mathematics of poker"
well guys, you know... anything will help! I'd really appreciate
