Is't it common 2+2 wisdom to raise TPTK on the draw heavy board? For example I had similar hand where I called on the flop "for information" with TPTK and folded turn when was convinced that I'm behind.

Poker Stars $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players

UTG: $50.00
MP: $81.50
CO: $34.95
BTN: $24.55
SB: $66.60
Hero (BB): $83.60

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is BB with A K
3 folds, BTN raises to $1, SB raises to $4.50, Hero raises to $12, 1 fold, SB calls $7.50

Flop: ($25.00) 9 K J (2 players)
SB bets $16.50, Hero calls $16.50

Turn: ($58.00) T (2 players)
SB bets $38.10 all in
Hero folds

I posted this hand here

and here

And everybody told me to shove the flop. So what do you think about this article and "calling for information"?

The big difference in your hand is that you aren't contemplating a raise for information on the flop. The people advising you to go all in believe that it will be +EV for you to get the money in.

My article addresses situations, usually where the money left behind is deeper, when you aren't comfortable getting the money in on the flop. Some players will raise to "see where they are at", planning to give up the pot if called or re-raised. My argument is that you can acquire similar information far more cheaply by calling and observing your opponent.

Hope that helps!
