Has anyone read or heard of "Pot Limit Omaha course from rags to riches' by Kim Ishida?

No. I did look it up on Amazon. $499 for the paperback and it is a whopping 146 pages. Author is not well known, no reviews, no website, a generic cover.... I'd be shocked if it sold even a copy with that price point with zero marketability.

Amazon let's you read the begging of their Kindle books for free.
There is a crop of 200 and higher, sometimes much higher, poker books on Amazon.
I suggest reading the begging (and looking at the table of contents) of these books for s good laugh.
