Pretty simple question.
01-11-2017 , 01:31 PM
No. Impeachment or heart attack.
01-11-2017 , 01:32 PM
Results not public? That's no fun.

I voted yes. Not with an enormous level of confidence.
01-11-2017 , 01:43 PM
No. He will serve at least 2.
01-11-2017 , 01:50 PM
He'll get reelected.
01-11-2017 , 02:06 PM
I took yes to mean "at least a full term", not exactly a full term. C'est la vie.
01-11-2017 , 02:11 PM
Given Riverman's powers he'll serve at least four now.

In the year 2020
  • Voter suppression in battleground states will have been going entirely unchallenged for 4 years to the point where the only way a black person can vote is if they fill in a 1500 page voter registration form in triplicate and hand it in in person to the voter registration office conveniently located on the international space station (if they can't be bothered to simply enter geostationary orbit is that really the kind of person we want voting?)
  • As breathlessly reported even in the liberal new york times trump will have personally saved or created several million jobs
  • Any and all failures will be the responsibility of unknown enemies both foreign and domestic or of the failed legacy of obama
  • Facebook.com (2015 P/E ratio 83.83 and no longer the cool social media site for 5 years or so) will be in charge of policing fake news where "success" will mean lower revenues and an annoyed user base. No conflict of interest there...
  • The democratic candidate will be the most corrupt, most liberal gun grabbing elitist ever as reported exclusively on whitehouse.org/brietbart (and unquestioningly reprinted in the NYT WaPo and everywhere else)
  • Due to his intensive program of looting the public treasury and selling influence trump will actually be a multi billionaire this time

How is trump going to lose?

I'm just assuming the worst from here on out, and I have yet to be proven wrong. My expectations have only been shattered the other way, when it's worse than I can imagine.

You forgot some important ones:
  • Now the IC and FBI leaks are all in a single direction: Democrats and their Presidential candidate are conspiring with ISIS, says anonymous sources high within the NSA/CIA/FBI
  • Federal police and the National Guard patrolling swing state polling locations to ensure the New Black Panther Party and the illegals aren't stealing the election
  • Terror Alerts are brought back and immediately set to "Red, terror imminent" whenever embarrassing stories about Trump come out, during the DNC/debates, or any time the Democratic candidate is about to speak
  • As a sign of his inability to be bought and sold and corrupted by donations, Trump will allow the federal government to fund his campaign with unlimited contributions to ensure there is no chicanery.
  • The Democratic National Convention will be moved to earlier in the summer. Of 2019.

I think he will make it through one but not run for reelection. Business conflicts going to catch up with him.

This is the silliest post yet. If Trump makes it through, the only thing that would stop him from running again would be a debilitating medical condition. If he makes it through one, it's precisely because his business conflicts didn't catch up with him.

This thread is already full of the biglyest wishful thinking
01-11-2017 , 02:41 PM
Of course he will make it through.
01-11-2017 , 02:41 PM
No. Trump will beat William Henry Harrison, maybe Garfield, and that's it. And not by much.

I think the GOP will not push impeachment if he agrees not to run again.

Barring a health issue, why would he not serve a full term? They could catch him handing over the nuclear codes to Putin and he's still not getting impeached.
01-11-2017 , 03:28 PM
He's most likely getting two terms.
01-11-2017 , 04:31 PM
He won't seek re-election IMO, but I'd be surprised if the GOP does not win again in 2020 anyway. I mean if Corey Booker is who we have to look forward to we may as well just sit at home and not vote, because that guy has a trail about 500 miles long of dirt that will bury him by June 1 2020.
01-11-2017 , 04:44 PM
I voted no, but have no confidence in that.

Trump declaring himself dictator for life counts as not serving a full term, right?

Also there's a shot at nuclear war/total annihilation.

Opensecrets for citigroup, seems partly cloudy imo. I voted yes but I think its at best a 3:1. I'd guess 15% chance of impeachment and 10% martyrdom.

I don't think he'll run again in 2020 as he will be four years older/fatter/oranger but I don't see getting rid of him before then with the cuckservatives in charge of Congress.

I get that he has a 9.1% chance of dying in the next 4 years just based on being a 70 year old male.
