I mean, I guess if you live there and ppl care about the team then that is cool. but the bobcats/hornets have been pretty terrible over many years. even recently, then made the playoffs 2 out of 4 years in the horrible east and lost in the first round both times.
and every single nba team has increased that much in value the last 7 years.
