Very undervalued right now on Predictit, she is a top tier candidate and will start gaining serious traction once the debates start.

If Beto took some time and actually studied up on issues and met with experts and policy wonks and formulated a coherent ideology he would be a strong contender for the nomination. Right now he just seems like a guy who loves driving around, giving speeches and talking to people.

I guess the difference between the Republicans and Democrats is all the not serious Republicans who are running for president all have some kind of grift to fall back on, whether it's a book, tv/radio show, some company they lobby for, etc. Beto just enjoys the attention I think.

Warren has analogies for everything to help explain her views and positions

Think of _________ like __________

I like it.

the dem debates are going to be amazing.

I don't think the debates will be that great. 10 people will be on stage so everyone gets to give their 30 second soundbite. And there's no Trump to attack people or stir things up.

I wasn't a huge fan before, but she's really caught my attention tonight. Fantastic job here, imo.

He could well be auditioning for a future MSNBC gig right now.

have you looked at Pete's platform? Where are you getting that he's not progressive?

But it would be only one case at a time. So for any given case there's just as much chance it would be heard by three liberals as it would be for three cons.

dinopoker,

Is it three hardcore idealogue conservatives vs. three comprising reach-across-aisle bipartisan liberals?

I dunno, I came up with it while drunk. I suppose if it's random then it could be any of the above.

Crazy how the notion that the judges actually be impartial isn't even in the discussion though.

That's because we have precedent.
