Pray tell, how did she scam the system? I'm curious because there are a few possible answers and I don't want to to waste time disproving all of them (even though you could check a site like Snopes or Politifact but those are probably fake news).

I would suggest reviewing those sites and taking a hard look in the mirror and trying your best to be less gullible in the future (it will be very difficult).

my post wasn't even really about joe biden.

my point was until about july 2019 there wont be anything to see here/not a lot of movement. No one knows who the nominee is going to be now.

black vote is important in swing states ohio, michigan, florida, and nc. and even pa it is like 10%.
