I never thought I'd see the day me and suzzer agree.

OK? The Fox chart makes it look like unemployment stayed at 9%, when it in fact dropped to a level lower than the lowest point on their chart.

OMG quit spamming the REPUBLICAN NOMINATION THREAD with this unemployment chart BS!!!!!

They're both stupid! Quit arguing over which one is more stupid!

it is not an argument on the charts. The charts speak for themselves. One is factually correct, while the other is fabrication.

The issue is the blatant lies fox tells its viewers, who in turn interpret them as factual while they are obviously not.

Is there one piece of software in the world that you can plug these numbers into and produce the 'chart' fox displayed?

This is not the Fox News Lies thread. I don't give a damn if it's truthful or not. It doesn't belong ITT and if I had mod powers, I'd ban all of you for derailing this thread....again.

The lie in question is attempting to influence voters of the topic of this thread. It is relevant.

No it isn't. Anyone with half a brain can tell what is wrong with the Fox News graph. We get it!! They're liars. They're propagandists. They ****ed up.

I don't give a flying ****. I really don't. It has nothing to do with the topic of the thread. Move on!

Actually you're wrong. This is the republican nomination thread.

Hey looks like RP is just 0.5% behind... wait, what?

12-14-2011 , 10:11 PM
It's about as relevant as 13th derailing by talking about what he'd do as a moderator of this forum. Can't you take that to the LC thread and stop derailing this one?!

To read this correctly, you need to fox graph it.

LC, but I couldn't resist

OK, I'm done.

Your vegetable is slow.

Wait - so Fox News comes out blatantly misrepresenting facts and somehow their lie is "better" than MSNBC's truth that's uncomfortably Obama friendly. It's like somebody invented a "perfect microcosm" machine and set it loose in this thread on "how Republicans ignore reality when it conflicts with their world view". It's almost as comical as it is sad.

Please, please, oh please libertarians light the brush fire on the party that cleans out all that dead weight.

Former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson will drop out of the race for the Republican presidential nomination and instead seek to run as a Libertarian, according to the Independent Political Report.

The switch, which has been rumored for weeks, is set to be announced Tuesday.

I think you have to wait until Johnson wins the Libertarian nomination.

It's bothering me that I can't remember this, but what's the name of the book/article that talks about zooming in the axis like media matters did?

Is it how to lie with statistics?

Funny how the image just doesn't "feel" wrong.

I definitely agree, but in that case pretty much all of them should be Obama except for Ron Paul. It's sickening to me how they're trying to choose Gingrich for their viewers like that.

Apparently Hermain Cain was asked, in a recent interview with Barbara Walters, what cabinet position he would want in a hypothetical situation where he had a choice. His answer?

Secretary of Defense.
12-15-2011 , 10:20 AM
I'd like someone to offer some odds that Cain could name two members of the joint chiefs off the top of his head. It's gotta be 5:1 against, at least.
