Open-air preaching I've seen has been limited to a few entertaining weirdos in Berkeley.

They post up right outside the home plate gate at Safeco field. It's incredibly annoying.

I do not think that a woman should be forced to raise the child. There might be circumstances in which the woman should not be forced to give birth (e.g. rape, incest, the health of the mother).

If you'd like I can provide Youtube links of some of Ben Shapiro's speeches on college campuses. Berkeley spent about $600,000 on security so Mr. Shapiro (an invited guest to the university, by the way) to protect him and his audience from harm.

I didn't know that, but it doesn't really surprise me. Not a big fan of the AMA, Big Pharma, or the insurance companies. Wouldn't surprise me if the US is last in everything regarding health care. I admire people with the courage to step aside from their internet and engage the real world to help correct the wrongs they see around them. (I really mean that, zikzak.)

Not a big fan of folks who talk a good game from the comfort of their homes, but then don't do much to change the world for the better.

You and I haven't agreed on anything (that I can remember, anyway), but at least you are fighting the fight instead of merely name-calling and complaining.
