It is, but as you can see they will attack you instead of dealing substantively with your question.

His question is plainly being asked in bad faith and doesn't deserve a substantive response.

Seems like a legit question to me. Not sure how you conclude that his question is "plainly" being asked in bad faith. I do realize that impugning the motives of someone is kind of the M.O. in this forum, so at least you are being consistent.

edit: using profanity and name-calling are also popular motifs around here.

Yes, I do need a safe space, and I in fact have several safe spaces, but I do not expect an internet forum on politics to be one of those places.

I brought up name-calling and the inpugning of motives as examples of typical alternatives to thoughtful engagement that are employed by many in this forum.

I can easily handle profanity. As an open-air preacher, I'm used to having four letter words hurled my way.

Whatever you may think of open-air preachers, we ain't snowflakes.

lol open-air preacher

There's nothing less Christian than supporting Trump. Everything about him is an affront to Christianity. He is walking, talking manifestation of the 7 dirty sins

Exactly this!

Lag what is the biblical position on
  • Multiple marital infidelities
  • Unwanted grabbing of a womans vagina
  • Fiddling taxes to deprive Ceasar of what is rightfully his

That's just the stuff he openly admits to. Also didn't Jesus have a thing about thy neighbour? Not sure it was 'build a wall around thy neighbour' probably something close to that though no?

How is the Lord on false idols?

He a fan at all?

I don't particularly care for Mr. Trump. I'm far more libertarian than he is.

I think we all know what the biblical position on these things are. I'm not a Trump guy (although I did vote for him, in a "vote for the lesser of two evils" moment). I probably should have voted for Gary Johnson or done the country a favor and stayed home.

how do you feel about the guy you voted for keeping children in internment camps?

if that were me i might be feeling pretty bad about myself right now but i guess you don't?

lol you're no different than the deplorables gtfo with I'm not a Trump guy bull****. You voted for him because you wanted what he was selling. Now you're on a forum of people who hate his guts and you're trying to downplay your allegiance so you don't get any heat from us.

Either stand by your vote for Trump or admit your **** up and commit to getting Trump out come 2020. At least in those cases you can show that you have a spine.

It was more of a case of "I like what Mr. Trump is selling better than what Mrs. Clinton is selling."

I think "downplay" is a bit of an understatement. I don't think that I've ever in this forum showed much "allegiance" to Mr. Trump at all.

I'm not afraid of "heat" from people around here. This forum is kindergarten compared to the "real world" that I interact with as an open-air preacher.

In retrospect, think I probably should have not voted at all in 2016. I may or may not vote in 2020, depending on who is on the ballot.

I haven't seen Ineedaride2 around in while, but he was a happy-go-lucky Trump voter too

The fact that white nationalism and climate change denial were more appealing to you than improved healthcare and social welfare says a lot about who you are and what you value.

You voted for him. That's a symbol of allegiance.

Grow a pair and either stand by your Trump vote or go against it.

Adios and awval are pieces of **** but at least they're true to themselves and don't try and hide it like you do.

did you at any point before the election realize that trump eagerly lies to sell stuff to people? like throughout his entire career.

Awval very famously lied about being an Obama Democrat.

I voted for Mr. Trump hoping that he would institute policies that would shrink the size of the federal government, reduce the national debt, and lessen our meddling in the affairs of other countries. I now realize that none of these things are likely to happen with almost any Republican or Democrat in the White House. I also voted for him hoping he would appoint pro-life justices.

I voted for him, and now wish that I had stayed home or voted for Mr. Johnson.

Yeah, we know. Trump was selling white nationalism and Clinton was selling health care for poor people.

If he was the guy who has protested abortion clinics lol I wouldn't doubt if that was the only factor in his decision.

Q: "How can you tell when a politician is lying?"

A: "When their lips are moving."

I like what you said, ScreaminAsian. I'm never voting again! Why we should we trust any of these clowns, whether Republican or Democrat?
