I mean, you say "rise in popularity," but the only person on twitter to get consistently ratio'd and laughed at more often is D'Souza. She routinely gets like 5k likes/10k comments on her tweets, and half the likes are just 50 year old dudes wanting to **** her and saying so in the comments.

Deescalation is what cops are supposed to do when facing such a situation especially when dealing with mentally unstable people. Talk to the person and be calm though firm. Yelling escalates the conflict and is one of the worst things an officer can do.
