I don't know, republicans were sure able to get a ton of concessions in 2008-2010. Maybe they can try harder?

they seem to feel they came out looking awful from the shutdown(s), so I'm not sure why you think they'd be so eager to try that kinda stuff again

A POTUS worthy of hate yet?

In the closed-door remarks, a recording of which was obtained by CNN, Trump also praised China's President Xi Jinping for recently consolidating power and extending his potential tenure, musing he wouldn't mind making such a maneuver himself.

"He's now president for life. President for life. No, he's great," Trump said. "And look, he was able to do that. I think it's great. Maybe we'll have to give that a shot some day."

poker boom coming soon™ guys, hang tight

Mason is going to be thrilled when he finds out that not only are we getting a huge wall but that Trump will be president for life and that Xi was very very very nice to Trump on his vacation in China. They share a love for cake.

To think, the path from having to delay hiring anyone because of Obamacare, to where we are today in the Trump poker economy.

Regarding this story:

TRUMP To Meet With Kin Jong Un

Is this the kind of hatred you are referring to, wanting the POTUS to be murdered?

LOLZ adios you ****ing cuck.

Did you ever solve the great mystery of why comparing Mexican's to cockroaches is racist?

Hatred towards Trump is the only kind of hatred that registers on Mason's radar at all. After the Las Vegas shooting, Mason's one tweet on the subject was to get mad at someone else on Twitter who told Trump to **** off:

There were years of hatred towards Obama on 2+2 by some posters and Mason never gave two ****s about it. But put Trump in the White House and suddenly the entire right wing (see adios, Mason in this thread alone) become precious snowflakes about the sanctity of the office again.

Man, you'd think the guy would have learned his lesson after that "I can't pay a bonus or hire anyone because Obama" disaster.

Nope, zero self-awareness, right back to getting dunked on.

She's ok. I don't know why she sings about cats though. What's cool about her is her style! She has ferret fashion!

Raccoons try to claim she has raccoon fashion, but that's just garbage rhetoric from literal garbage eaters. Anyone with have a brain can tell she does ferret makeup, not raccoon.

Did I just discover that he's actually Tim McCarver irl?

U.S. stock indexes fell sharply in a broad sell-off driven by continuing scrutiny of technology firms and fears of a trade war with China
A broad market sell-off hit Wall Street on Monday, with major stock indexes slumping as a recent blitz of bad news about technology companies and festering worries about a trade war between the United States and China continued to leave investors jittery.

The Dow Jones industrial average dropped 1.9 percent, the Standard & Poor’s 500-stock index declined 2.2 percent and the Nasdaq composite slid 2.7 percent, with every firm listed in the Nasdaq 100 index below its previous close.

...

Amazon’s stock price was down 5.2 percent after President Trump, who has repeatedly assailed the online retail giant over what he says is its abuse of the Postal Service and failure to pay adequate taxes, took another swipe at the company on Twitter.

...

Manufacturing stocks also stumbled after China slapped tariffs of up to 25 percent on 128 American-made products in response to the Trump administration’s decision to place steep duties on imported steel and aluminum. Boeing was down 1.7 percent, Caterpillar fell 2.4 percent and 3M was off 3.2 percent.
