NEWFOUNDLAND, Pa. (AP) — Worshippers clutching AR-15 rifles drank holy wine and exchanged wedding vows in a commitment ceremony at a Pennsylvania church.

The event Wednesday at the World Peace and Unification Sanctuary led a nearby school to cancel classes.

The Rev. Sean Moon leads the church. He said in a prayer that God gave people the right to bear arms. Moon is the son of the Rev. Sun Myung Moon, a self-proclaimed messiah who founded the Unification Church, often described as a cult.

The sanctuary believes the AR-15 symbolizes the “rod of iron” in the book of Revelation, and encouraged couples to bring the weapons to the ceremony.

In the Freezer: Abusive Conditions for Women and Children in US Immigration Holding Cells

Women and children detained along the border usually spend one to three nights, and sometimes longer, in CBP holding cells, where they sleep on the floor, often with only a Mylar blanket, similar to the foil wrappers used by marathon runners, to protect them from the cold. Border agents sometimes require them to remove and discard sweaters or other layers of clothing, purportedly for security reasons, before they enter the holding cells.

Almost all of the women and children we spoke with said that they were not allowed to shower, sometimes for days, until just before they were transferred to longer-term detention facilities. Nearly all said that they did not receive hand soap, toothpaste, or toothbrushes in these holding cells, meaning that for the duration of their stay they were not able to wash their hands with soap before and after eating and after using the toilet. Most women said that menstrual hygiene products and diapers were available on request, but several told us they did not have access to these items while in CBP holding cells. If they had these and other toiletries among their personal property, they were not allowed to retrieve these items while in the holding cells.

In a typical account, Carolina R., a Guatemalan woman who spent four nights in a freezer in Arizona in late August 2017, told Human Rights Watch, “It was cold, really cold. They just gave us a piece of aluminium for a blanket [likely a Mylar blanket]. There weren’t any mats. We just slept on the floor.” The women and children held in the cell could not shower during the four days she was there, she said.

Investigations by other groups have also found that holding cells are uncomfortably cold. In October 2017, for example, the Women’s Refugee Commission reported that nearly all of some 150 women interviewed in 2016 and 2017 said they had been held “for days in freezing cold CBP facilities.”

CBP acknowledges that it does not routinely provide sleeping mats but has attempted to justify its failure to do so by stating that its holding cells are not designed for overnight custody. Even so, it revised its detention standards in 2015 to state that detention in holding cells should “generally” last no longer than 72 hours.

People here seem to incredibly underestimate the danger of the current American reality tv-show (read : "reality") that holds publicly the power to cause untold danger to humanity, let alone what they have going on privately.

In my opinion we MUST take a counter-intuitive approach in order to get out of this. That approach is to offer all guilty and most evil parts of the government to give up now and if they do we will offer them a free new life and enough money to live comfortably wherever they want, as its unlikely they will want to live in America and have everyone despise them. Not looking at this from their perspective after putting this puzzle together is a major "leak" that could end up killing millions or billions of humans worldwide, perhaps even to extinction levels.

At least for now we have them pretending to be somewhat good. Once exposed (happening at lightning fast pace unless they destroy the internet or do something worse soon) and desperate, combined with most of American slaves (read : citizens) wanting the "evil guilty elites" either dead or jailed for life forever being known as Hitler squared seems like quite the risky plan. The global discussion, in my opinion, needs to realize the importance of this fact if we want to ensure our own survival. We need to be grateful for our current lives, as with these evil incompetent people in power could very well lead us into the worst tyranny in history.

As I believe we are in the most uncertain time in recent history, I believe everyone should prepare for a worst case scenario of Civil war or similar, even if its just by studying how to survive in such a situation if you cannot afford supplies or weapons. This is a no-brainer even if it was 100% true that America was great and in full control, as there are many other scenarios that could easily bring chaos. Hoping for the best, we must prepare for the worst though imho.
