Besides when I go to the US I get freaked out by all the people getting eye scans and fingerprinted, doesn't happen to Canadians, but seems to happen to every other person in line.

Yeah they've installed some facial recognition technology in Heathrow where you have to scan your passport and wait to have your picture taken before moving on. Nice not to have to talk to border patrol officers though.

Try explaining that to deplorables. They're like pigs in **** when they get that money. My mother and her co-workers were going on about how Trump tax cuts to the business they work for netted them an additional $1,000 on the year. They were cackling about how great that would be for the economy. No matter how wrong I could prove them to be, they wouldn't change their minds. It's a waste of time. There's a local lumber yard that I used to go to all the time, but they put up a little Trump shrine by the register so I haven't been there in months. I'm not surprised to learn they're Trumpkins, nor do I really care. I just don't want a ****ing side order of politics with my plywood.
