It's actually going to go to Comcast. Netflix is just going to hold it for a minute.

The Donald is calling it socialism, and that net neutrality is obamacare for the internet. Trumpers on other sites seem to agree that net neutrality needs to stay in place though.

That's the new "I hate Obamacare, but don't you dare take away my ACA!"

I feel like Trumpkins are so stupid that a simple "MSNBC is owned by Comcast" would put a bunch of doubt in their minds about NN being a bad thing.

When they talk about the man, the devil, the evil doctor Yakub, they have in mind Comcast.

Could axing net neutrality have any impact on cryptocurrencies?
11-22-2017 , 08:12 PM
So how much money are we talking here for the average American? Assuming I want to keep the same internet, is this gonna be like 200-300% increase or more?

Why would that have an impact?

Wondering if they could restrict your access to it. From what I've read it sounds like ISPs will be able to deny you access to certain sites if they choose to.

You can dig up an old internet bill from 2014 to see the dystopian horrors that lie ahead.

FCC came out and admitted the comment period was basically bull****. If Joe Q. Public wasn't making a strict legal argument in his submission, his and the other 22 million angry Americans could get ****ed.

AFAIK, your ISP will be able stop you from visiting porn sites if they want to, which is pretty much everything we'd need to oppose the change
11-22-2017 , 09:41 PM
No porn? Thanks Avwal.
11-22-2017 , 09:49 PM
I think they'll more likely tack on fees for porn bandwidth usage than stop it.

Holy **** stick.

That is, Holy magical cudgel. I mean, nobody ever considered or realized yet that RV's porn addiction is an important element to examine?

I've recorded most of the best porn on VHS, SP (Standard Play). Hit me up if there still time to get the new releases.
11-22-2017 , 11:02 PM
Porn too profitable for them to try and ban it. I'm guessing there will be an " all access " feature for like $120/mo or whatever.

Will be interesting to see how it plays out when these republitards start trying to push ISPs to block " fake news media "
