Real life example of Net Neutrality from Austria/EU:
The EU has net neutrality laws on the books. Austria's largest telecom company offered a mobile internet plan where select streaming services did not count towards your monthly data cap but those services were throttled.
The EU high court ruled that it is legal under net neutrality rules to offer plans that give preferential treatment to certain services but illegal to throttle them.
