The Tragic Death of the Democratic Party The Tragic Death of the Democratic Party

Hillary for 2020? Please let it be true and give her a chance to succeed one more time

Quote:
Hillary comes out of the woods

Hillary says she has healed the emotional wounds she suffered during her humiliating, crushing, sstaggering and well-deserved defeat.

Mrs Clinton wants to return to a life of service to the country, though she is not yet certain who's life that will be, and how she can get a hold of it. (or not even what country it would be, I may add)

But Mrs Clinton's unpredecented and humiliating defeat have not been just emotionally humiliating, but financial. Surely after Clinton lost the bid to become the first soulless female communist president, donations to the Clinton Foundation reportedly dried up as donors realized the humiliated candidate could no longer sell her political influence for cash since she had no political influence as her political defeat.

Observing the Democrats try to navigate tactical decisions is literally watching someone hem and haw over a prisoner's dilemma where they already know that the other person is going to opt to screw them over.

Seriously it's so idiotic. Dem's grow a spine one ****ing time. There should not be a single Democrat voting for Gorsuch until Garland is nominated and gets a fair hearing / vote (obv I know this will never happen but this needs to be their action/message). It's just pathetic.

Today they say they've decided to filibuster.

Chuck Schumer says Democrats will filibuster Neil Gorsuch

about ****ing time, this is seriously the easiest decision ever wrt political strategy

Proof that tweeting politicians telling them that they are pussies is effective politics.

So much this.

I don't know if this is really part of the tragic death of the Dem party, but for lack of somewhere better to put this...

Apparently the Democratic Party tweeted this (it is on a verified account? has the checkmark)

Thinking anything anti-Trump is good. But that poster (lower left) looks pretty empty. Apparently it really looks like this:

but the Dems didn't like the whole message and I guess were pretty handy with photoshop.

Associating your political party with socialism would directly lead to its "tragic death".

It's obvious why they photoshopped it out.

Because capitalism is working so well for people, they got so pissed off they elected an unqualified used car salesman/game show host to be President (well, 3 million more people voted for Clinton, but the inaminate land masses somehow still managed to elect Trump). And naked capitalism, especially the Republican version of it where the country really is a kleptocracy rife for the looting by the lobbyists and big corporations, that's going to be even worse for the masses. People are going to be more and more enraged if they continue to be subjected to these forces of capitalism, and things are going to get a lot worse before they get better.

PS: Maybe associating your party with Neo-Nazis and scam artists was bad for the brand?

Lol you would think so, but it turns out that's exactly what the core audience of the Republican party wanted all along.

I don't think I need to say this but it's about the photoshopping. They could have used a different picture if they didn't like that one. Do they shop more people into their crowd photos? Who knows? Apparently they're liars.
03-26-2017 , 04:07 PM
Everyone's a liar. What matters is what they lie about.

Trump lying about global warming is massively more damaging and pertinent than Democrats lying about what was on the cover of some socialist newsletter a random person was holding up.

Weak sauce.

Obviously what people lie about matters. That doesn't mean the Dems can just photoshop their pics without losing credibility. I guess no one is 100% truthful about everything all the time, but a lot of people are more honest than this.

its probably poor judgment to use a picture with that sign in full because lolsocialism and i would just find a different picture to use, but i'm hardly going to harp on them about it because it's trivial AF

As long as he's still coherent - I'm all in for Bernie 2020.

He's about the same age as Trump right ?

Sanders is 75, Trump is 70. To expand, Warren is 66, Biden is 74, H. Clinton is 69 (yes I need to specify now that we're trying to make C. Clinton, 37 a thing).
