Like, even if a guy claims his recidivism is because he's so tortured from being an outcast 1) that doesn't make his excuse true "my previous punishment made me do it again!!!
" and 2) doesn't mean the guy should be allowed to be around vulnerable people (kids, students, colleges, etc).
like what is this logic?
