Is that you? If so, impressive. Showoff.

I will be very disappointed if goofball doesn't use his elite actuary skills and high level Facebook access to swing the next election.

One one hand I want the Nazis to just go away, but on the other hand, I'm just loving these videos of Nazis getting punched.

States' rights is now championed by liberals. George Wallace would be proud.

Sometimes its best to get a little separation from your crazy in laws who want to live in the past. The red states would be like the Amish only they seemed to have picked the fifties to live in.

There's no gotcha there. We Californians freely admit that we want State's rights so that we can fight against racism. The problem isn't that Republicans want more decisions made more locally per se; it's that they want that so that they can legalize racial discrimination.

Exactly. Congratulations. States' rights are irrelevant. Conservatives want expanded rights to states to discriminate. Liberals want them to be equitable. They are not themselves a good thing. They are only a means to an end. Sometimes that end is evil. Sometimes it is good.

I'd like to think I'm principled enough to oppose all violence, but I'm just not. Laughing my ass off at Nazipunch.

I'm sure trump will be along any moment now to denounce punching nazis. I mean, where does it end? Are we going to punch anyone who supports historical regimes that committed genocide? Because the US killed a lot of native Americans so I guess soon we'll be punching every US citizen.

I mean, if we punched everyone who had a passing fancy for hitler, well let me just say that punching the president is illegal so don't do that!
09-19-2017 , 01:02 PM
To Trump supporters, violence and non-violence aren't moral principles they're tactics. They have run protesters over for nothing more than expressing their displeasure with the President. The lack of condemnation is tacit support for that sort of behavior.

Well, what's good for the goose is good for the gander.

I'd like to believe that I am a principled person and that I would encourage dissent by non-violent means. But if I was a minority in America getting ****ed over by Trump, I'd probably consider jail time for putting a Nazi to sleep worth it.

I've said it before but we solved the moral quandry of whether to hurt nazis in 1939. Or i guess 1941 if you're an american.

I felt good I guessed how they used the particle accelerator. Cool idea.

Apparently not because the EDL hasn't had the **** beaten out of them recently.

Someone who uses Twitter should send that to Steven King, the congressmen, and show him we are ranked below his "Miracle" children.

Thanks. That's cool. Solar panel manufacturing is a bad sector for investing. Constantly decreasing prices and constantly improving manufacturing makes for a lot of bankruptcies.

Unless you're an actual pacifist the choice between violence and non violence is tactical rather than principle.
