He cannot be simply kicked out of the Senate, there is no legal mechanism to do that. Via a bipartisan motion, he will be censured at the next seating of parliament. We have a federal election in May and it is a certainty that he will not remain a senator.

They voted on a bill in the Senate last year (that the government supported) declaring 'it's okay to be white', which lost only 28-31.
Australia (and New Zealand) is nothing like the religious and conservative cesspit we call the United States of America. And when I mention religion, I specifically refer to christianity (sic), a belief system that (thankfully) afflicts less than half of this country, and that's due to the rise of irreligion, not islam (sic).
Yes, extreme conservatives here like anywhere are scum and they will always exist and always have a platform to speak in the media and on social media, but they get A LOT of pushback and justifiably so. These loud white dickheads are a small minority. Australia while being far from perfect, is a staunchly secular and progressive nation. We have little tolerance for scum like Fraser Anning, Milo and others.
Regarding the "ok to be white", yes, the conservative party here ****ed up, and alleged that they were given incorrect information about the motion and that if it got up, they would have re-voted unanimously against the motion. But this putrid conservative government will be voted out of office in two months anyway.
