I'm wondering what different ideologies will be recommending if these super expensive drugs and techniques start to become lifesavers for a very large number of people who would die without them.

I can say for certain that principled conservative raradevils will tell his children they have the right to die and they should have made better choices

When super expensive drugs become lifesavers and start to be used by a large number of people the price to produce those super expensive drugs go down because of efficiencies of scale.

Winning that Intel science fair is impressive. I have no idea if the science is interesting, but it takes some serious effort and presentation skills to stand out and place high in such a competition.

I attended my first DSA meeting today and became a dues-paying member, and a lot of my being spurred into action was probably this thread and following @ocasio2018 on IG.

Would highly recommend doing both.
