I repeat the question, how many economics degrees do you have? My guess is one less than AOC, the person for whom you have repeated the right wing talking point that she has no clue about economics.

You're gonna have to expand on that one, unless you're just making the point that they're both women?
11-24-2018 , 12:05 AM
You're a troll. No non-troll barges into a community and makes it about him, with a large percentage of the posts, and being adversarial and that's regardless of whether you're received immediately with open arms. If you had any respect you'd act respectfully and if you did at least some people would treat you with respect. So, **** off.

One referred to the three institutions of the House, the Senate, and the Presidency as "three chambers" of government during a livestream of her cooking

The other thought the constitution was based on the Bible and that the vice president runs the Senate

Yea man, you got her

Edit: what micro said. Dunno why I'm bothering

I think an open community is great, but I've posted regularly in three different sub-forums over the years and I wasn't immediately beloved or anything, but I didn't whine about the culture and make it all about me. You ease yourself in if you want to participate. You're lucky if anyone even reads your posts for a while. Unless you're a jackass troll, then you act like Grazie until you get banned.

What? Increase your post count? Are you here to PM spam people?

why wouldn't the transition of a 29 year-old to congress be bumpy?? Again, she's 29, and was just recently tending bar and waiting tables. lol for Sarah Palin of all people to attempt to shame Alexandria for a few errors, is interesting.

I mean, do we expect her at the age of 29 to have all that legalese or watever mastered?

I thought some of the allure of trump is that he's not a polished politician?

I thought we wanted to drain the swamp? Sacrificing the scripted prose of the pros errrr for a fledgling, rightfully somewhat ignorant layperson with a college degree and gumption is fine

The same people who ridiculed Sarah Palin are head over heels for this new idiot. It’s hilarious, but it’s also sad because this one actually got elected.
Wasn’t Sarah Pailin governor of Alaska?
You, apparently, don’t know that governor is an elected position. You are disqualified from talking about politics. Good day, sir.

Getting banned trolling politics to increase post count prior to PM spamming to own the libs

Sarah is twenty five years Alexandria's senior, too. And a clear idiot. If you genuinely think the 2 comparable, lol your intuition is poor

Giz also slaying itt

Clearly they’re on the same level, guys. But this is completely stupid derail of how awesome aoc is. She’s not polished and she is unabashedly dedicated to making her constituents’ lives better - that’s scary. She doesn’t have the 30 years of bad press behind her, and just like Obama’s use of Dijon mustard... they gotta find something to pin on her. But she’s not the career politician like Obama. She doesn’t have his... polish or desire to compromise. And we need that. Can’t wait for her to be in session, it’s gonna be awesome to see her continued support of her constituents.

someone get the chart out, the one that depicts education level of state populations and who they vote for.

red states are stupid, while blue states are more educated.

It isn't surprising red-state bozos cannot distinguish between 2 strikingly different human beings

red state idea peddling bozos

Looks like it’s one of Betsy Devos’ husbands health centers too. Someone surely will point that out soon and she’ll see it if she hasn’t already.

Podcast episode from The Dream, a series about multi-level marketing (MLM), discussing how the Amway FTC case helped make the world safe for MLM. At the time it was decided, Gerald Ford was president. He was from the DeVos' district and they helped bankroll him as a congressman. Amway execs were also head of Chamber of Commerce and GOP fundraising. https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/the...?autoplay=true

Devos' and his partner's heirs are current bigwigs in the US Chamber of Commerce. https://www.uschamber.com/steve-van-andel

From Amway Wiki:
Quote:
According to a report by the Center for Public Integrity, in the 2004 election cycle, members of the Van Andel and DeVos families were the second, third and fifth largest donors to the Republican party.[79]
Quote:
Studies of independent consumer watchdog agencies have shown that between 990 and 999 of 1000 participants in MLMs that use Amway-type pay plans in fact lose money.[115][116]

That detail makes this tweet into news with her current profile. It's a really inspired level of attack on the opposition. Her mastery of social media is actually semi scary if this was on purpose.

You are really touting AOC's B.S. in economics as some kind of proof of expertise (or even competence) after seeing two years of Trump using his economics degree as President?
11-24-2018 , 01:29 PM
A degree is always evidence in favor of possessing relevant knowledge. It's not always the only piece, and we have a lot more contrary evidence about Trump than about AOC.
