So what? Are you suggesting that I should care? Were the people there upset?
Please, what exactly is your point here? (Try to use words I'll understand, thanks).
Read my posts if you want my point on it. I'm not going to repeat what I've said over and over again.
Batair: That tweet doesn't clarify what accent she was affecting. You think she's saying that she was doing a "Bronx accent"? It doesn't seem strange to you that we've never heard that specific, distinctly black "code-switch" from her ever before, and she pulls it out in front of a black crowd the first time we hear it? Then she says that's just how she talks when she's excited, and you buy it? This is what I mean about being objective.
Johnny: I like that she calls out the problems with corporate money in politics. I agree with her about single-payer healthcare. I appreciate that she is quick to admit if she got something wrong in a tweet and corrects it; this last one is why her handling of this fake accent issue was disappointing—she took the Trump tack of doubling down and unfairly disparaging her critics.
And yes, I'm much more objective than all you dyed-in-the-wool AOC fans with regard to AOC. And yes, this forum and especially this thread is a hate-filled circle-jerk for SJWs. Posts like this epitomize the problem here:

It's angry. It's us vs. them. It advocates avoiding discussion and instead ignoring and insulting people with differing opinions. It acknowledges FlyWf, whose go-to response is to call anyone disagreeing with him an evil racist. It invokes Trump's failings to justify acting scummy.
And to be clear, despite how much you guys want me to be, I'm not a Trump fan nor did I vote for him. I think the only political position I've made explicit on this site is when I said I'd vote for Buttigieg if the election were today, a couple weeks ago. But don't let your bias stop you from assigning whatever position you want me to have and then questioning my objectivity.
